Camping

For the most part it was a nice weekend. I enjoy camping with my sister and her family.  We had a battle of the wills - my sister and I were being positive that the rain would not come (it was cloudy for pretty much the whole weekend) - my brother-in-law was sure it was going to rain!   The rain held off until about 8pm or so on Saturday evening.  Then it rained/stormed for a couple hours.  While it rained some of us sat in the camper and played rummy kub - while the others were in the other camper watching a movie with sub-titles because they couldn't hear the movie over the pounding rain.. 

Like father, like daughter - a lot of napping going on!!  Maybe too much fresh air for them!

My favorite part of camping - a campfire.  Unfortunately Smores night was cancelled due to the weather!  Although I don't actually eat Smores, I eat all the burnt marshmallows - those are my favorite.  Can't wait to go camping again in July.
