I am so excited. I know I may be a little behind the time but I am going on my spiritual journey with the "Simple Abundance" books by Sarah Ban Breathnach. I at one time did have this book and thought I kept it but cannot find it so I ordered another one along with a couple of others and got them within a few days. I have already read all the introduction and forwards and am ready to start January 1!! The highlighter has already been used in the books! (One of my new mottos - a loved book is one with many highlights and notations. Well as long as it is your own book; some people would not appreciate you sharing your thoughts.) A couple of the things I highlighted:
"to give thanks in all circumstances" but it doesn't tell us we have to be smiling while we say it.
"it's one thing for us to understand something intellectually, it's quite another for spiritual trust to register emotionally"
